Applications for Reception and Year 3 in September 2023 can be made here

Our school considers applications for every age group admitting up to 60 pupils per year group.

Children are admitted to the Reception class in the September after their 4th birthday.

Parents will be able to make applications for the Reception Class and for pupils moving on to Year 3 online. Online applications are now the preferred method of making a preference for schools at the normal age of entry. Applications for September can be made by clicking the below link:

We follow Staffordshire County Council's guidelines for admissions criteria. This can be found below.

In-Year Transfer Forms

Sometimes it is necessary for children to move school within the academic year. This can often be due to a house move making travel arrangements difficult and therefore a move to a closer school beneficial for the children and their family. Forms can be collected from school or downloaded (from the bottom of this page) in order to be completed before moving. These are an important way of schools ensuring correct information is passed to the new school in a timely manner.

Nursery Admissions

At Chadsmoor Community Infant and Nursery School, we manage our admissions for Nursery children within school. Forms can be collected (or downloaded) and submitted at any time from birth. We often have waiting lists and therefore encourage parents to submit forms as soon as possible. We have 52 places available and your child would be eligible for a place from the September following their 3rd birthday. However, if we have places available before this, your child may be able to access one or two terms more nursery education.

Our nursery currently offer part time places for the full academic year. We have 52 places available.
